A: To ensure complete and total privacy and security, The Locker Inc. does not have duplicate keys to any box in the vault. In the case of a lost or stolen key, the box must be drilled and re-keyed by an authorized locksmith at the expense of the box owner. This will only occur while in your presence in the vault to respect the privacy of your contents.
