A: No. The contents of a safety deposit box are 100% private and confidential. The Locker Inc. staff and management will never ask a client to disclose any of the contents of a box.

A: To ensure complete and total privacy and security, The Locker Inc. does not have duplicate keys to any box in the vault. In the case of a lost or stolen key, the box must be drilled and re-keyed by an authorized locksmith at the expense of the box owner. This will only occur while in your presence in the vault to respect the privacy of your contents.

A. The only person(s) able to access your safety deposit box is yourself and 1 other person who must be registered and authorized through the same security protocol as the primary owner.
